Advanced PLC applications in automation systems and the structure and programming of operator panels. Prescription and communication applications. 

PARTICIPANT PROFILE:Technician, maintenance worker, automation worker, engineer, maintenance manager who has received basic PLC training 

COURSE CONTENT 
Types of Siemens PLCs, their expansion modules, and electrical connectivity properties. 
Introduction and implementation of TIA Portal software 
Adding hardware to be programmed 
Applications such as reading, writing, converting, moving, and comparing using bit, byte, word, and dword level commands. 
Using intermittent relay, counters, monitoring and force tables, and online monitoring 
Step, servo, and DC motor applications with analog amplitude, thermocouple, fast counter, PTO, and PWM. 
OB, FB, DB, and function creation 
Adding a KTP700 operator panel 
Button, switch, indicator, numerical value read-write practices 
Template, global screen, screen adding 
Alarm, prescription, animation applications 
Operating on the same panel with more than one plc. 
Communication protocols and practices 
Duration: 3 days (theory + practice)
